Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us ( and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately if we have already begun making your order you cannot cancel.

At My Pupper we want you to be 100% satisfied, but as our products are custom made to each order, we can only refund damaged goods. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the incorrect size, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or swap - so please double check your sizing!

For faulty items - You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days.


Lost/Stolen Items:
In the unlikely case of your package being lost or stolen, we are happy to refund you HALF of the cost you paid for the lost items, but not postage (at least one week after the date of expected arrival). Unfortunately if your package is lost or stolen, this is out of our control so we cannot provide a new replacement product for you as we would be working for free & covering the cost for the materials ourselves. For example, if you purchase a small bandana @ $22, and pay $2.99 postage and it goes missing, we will refund you $11 only and you can either place a new order or not
