Refund policy


Cancellation

Please choose carefully and ensure you are measuring your pup correctly! If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at doggos@mypupper.com.au.

Unfortunately, if we have already begun preparing your order, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but we can only refund or exchange items that have been sent back to us and checked over and confirmed to be in the original condition and not worn or damaged. You must pay for the return shipping and will be refunded the amount upon us receiving and confirming the item is in its original condition.

Please note due to the nature of the hardware they will experience wear and tear over time.

Faulty Items

Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. 
Please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days.

Lost/Stolen Items

In the unlikely case of your package being lost or stolen, we are happy to refund or remake your order if you selected "tracked or "express" shipping only. (At least one week after the date of expected arrival and the items cannot be located by carriers).



Processing and Shipping

While we aim to have your order shipped in the quickest time possible, we are a handmade business. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing time.
If your order is urgent, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you.
